If you have purchased the same physical product more than one times
- 1. and your duplicate order has not been dispatched yet:
Please contact our team immediately by submitting a ticket and see if they can cancel the duplicate order for you.
- 2. and your duplicate order has already been dispatched:
You will have to wait until you receive all of your parcels and then notify us that you are returning the duplicate order(s) you made so that we can refund you the postage fees and the cost of the returned product. Please make sure you do not open/damage the parcel you are returning as this might prevent us from refunding you.
If you can provide us with proof of postage (you can attach this as an image or .pdf file to your message) then we can refund you immediately, otherwise, we will have to wait until your returned parcel has reached us.

When submitting a ticket regarding this issue
Please submit a ticket using the same email address you used to complete your order and, if possible, provide our team with all relevant order references/numbers (which you can find on the order confirmation email you should have received from us) to make sure that your enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible.
In your message to us, please clarify your enquiry as best you can e.g. "I have accidentally made a duplicate transaction and have two orders, ref. O-123456 and O-654321. Can you please reimburse me for the second order."
